COVID-19 SYMPTOMS MAY DEVELOP WITHIN 14 DAYS OF EXPOSURE AND INCLUDE:
- Usually spreads from person to person contact through respiratory droplets from coughing and sneezing.
- May also be spread through airborne transmission, when tiny droplets remain in the air even after the person with the virus leaves the area.
- People over the age of 60 and people with pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes and heart disease are the most at risk.
- Can only be diagnosed with a laboratory test.
