LISHE / SOMESHA PROGRAM

The program started in 2008 after the post-election violence of 2007 in Kenya that left many families displaced. A child who is satisfied after a meal has energy to read and play. It was meant first to feed the displaced children but later transformed to making children access and achieve free learning as a right. Somesha targets children who are unable to get access to any learning  in pre-primary ,primary and high learning and gives them chance to fulfil their dreams.
